Our metal screw lids are compatible with our full range of honey jars, bird nest jars, jam containers and glass beverage bottles. Each lid is lined with a food-grade rubber or foam sealing liner that is securely bonded inside the cap. When fully screwed down onto the jar mouth, the liner compresses evenly against the flat jar rim and forms a secure airtight seal.

This sealing system prevents liquid leakage during courier delivery, ocean shipping and rough handling. It also blocks oxygen, dust and humidity from entering the jar, protecting the freshness of honey, bird nest and preserved food. The metal surface is coated with protective food-safe paint, which resists scratches, rust and discoloration under normal use. The lids are durable and can be reused many times after proper cleaning.

We stock gold, silver and black metal lids for immediate selection. For large brand orders, we can develop custom color coating, emboss brand logos on the lid top, or change liner material to suit hot filling or high-temperature sterilization requirements. Our QC team checks lid thread matching and sealing performance batch by batch, to avoid loose fit or leak issues on your finished packaged goods.
